“The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear”, and that’s exactly what our community and the talented choir members at UNC Pembroke will be doing on December 3rd! Our “Singing Christmas Tree” will be held inside First United Methodist Church in Downtown Laurinburg, located at 101 W. Skate your holiday nights away at our season long ice rink! Starting with Christmas on Main, the rink will be open Thursday - Sunday from 5:00 - 8:00 PM through December 30th (Special exceptions for closings or additional open hours will be announced via ‘Tis the Season on facebook).

Christmas kicks off in Downtown Laurinburg! Enjoy the afternoon craft, food, and street festival while strolling your favorite downtown stores, and visit the shop to get your Christmas goodies; you might even snag some deals! At 5:30 or “dusk”, the Laurinburg tree lighting ceremony begins. With carriage rides, ice skating, and more, you’ll be starting the season out with pure Christmas bliss!
